Beginner
Whether you're new to fitness or looking to deepen your practice, our diverse range of classes is designed to suit all levels and abilities. Our expert instructors provide a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring every session is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

“Flow” Matwork Pilates – Build core strength and improve flexibility with this dynamic, low-impact class.
“ChairFit” – A gentle seated workout perfect for those with mobility concerns or recovering from injury.
“ZenFit” – A unique blend of mindful movement and strength-building exercises for a balanced body and mind.
“Gentle Flow” & Hatha Yoga – Ideal for beginners, these slow-paced classes focus on alignment, breathing, and relaxation.
Pregnancy Relaxation,Prenatal Yoga & Pre/Postnatal Pilates – Tailored to support mothers at every stage, promoting relaxation, strength, and recovery.
Sound Baths - Sound baths can benefit anyone who wants to reduce stress, improve relaxation, increase mindfulness, and enhance overall well-being. They can be particularly helpful for individuals who experience anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, or other stress-related conditions.
Nervous System Reset - Psychotherapy-led class including some fascial unwinding and postural alignment movements. You will learn body-brain practices (Polyvagal) that tone your vagus nerve to keep it healthy and functional.
Iyengar Yoga - Be guided through each posture with care and attention, with adjustments to emphasise correct alignment, with the use of props; blocks, straps and blankets, to help everyone achieve each pose regardless of their age, flexibility or experience.
Restorative Yoga - The session combines gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and stillness to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance to both body and mind.
Yin & Meditation Classes – Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and inner calm with our restorative practices.
"Intro to..." workshops - Join any of our many introductory courses, ranging from yoga, pilates to fitness, providing the perfect introduction to your wellness journey.

Intermediate
The intermediate classes use the basic principles of the disciplines and a beginner repertoire as a platform to more challenging exercises. Shape up and challenge flexibility with whole body workouts. Suitable for those with some experience and moderate fitness level. Expect targeted toning and quicker transitions.

“Dynamic” Matwork Pilates – For those with some prior experience and a foundation of strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
“Barre™” – A dance-based Pilates class incorporating music, designed to enhance your strength, stamina and dynamic stability. Get ready to have some fun at the Barre!
Pre/Postnatal Pilates – A focus on reactivating & stabilising the pelvic floor & abs, as well as developing lumbo-pelvic stability. This safe & effective workout is suitable throughout all trimesters as well as to help get new mothers back to exercise.
IMPACT Yoga - Bringing all the best traditional yoga styles into the 21st century, IMPACT Yoga is progressive, simple, and challenging with one goal – to help you become focused, strong, and fit.
YogaSculpt - Yoga Sculpt is a rhythm based, strength building workout, structured around a vinyasa flow.
Springwall™ - A reformer-style unit with springs, handles & bars that adjust to create varying tension & resistance. This type of resistance training adds variety while targeting individual muscle groups.
TotalTone - A low-impact strength & Resistance style total body blast class. Using a variety of equipment & led by our highly trained & experienced Personal Trainers to ensure every exercise is performed with correct form, so you get the absolute most out of each session. No experience necessary and progressions at the ready for those at a more advanced level!
"Intro to..." and sports-specific workshops - Join any of our many courses, ranging from Iyengar Yoga, cycling, golf and tennis, to skiing and snowboarding, providing the perfect compliment to your sports performance.
Advanced
The advanced classes are designed for those who can safely and efficiently work at a more intense and demanding level. All the perks of lower level exercise, whilst sculpting, building and toning lean muscle. Expect a dynamic, faster paced class that challenges control, strength and stamina. Most of these classes are not suitable for pre or post natal ladies.

“Power” Matwork Pilates – Building on the ‘flow’ and ‘dynamic’ classes, you can expect more challenging movements requiring core strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina. Very rewarding!
TotalTone - A low-impact strength & Resistance style total body blast class. Using a variety of equipment & led by our highly trained & experienced Personal Trainers to ensure every exercise is performed with correct form, so you get the absolute most out of each session. No experience necessary and modifications at the ready for those at intermediate level!
Dynamic Vinyasa - A flowing sequence of yoga poses that syncs breath with movement. Dynamic transitions to build heat and increase flexibility. Awaken your body, energise your mind, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
