Jenny's classes typically involve strengthening, increasing the range of movement in the body & improving flexibility. She guides you through each posture with care & attention with an emphasis on correct alignment.
Jenny has been studying & practising yoga for nearly 20 years. In that time, she has practised many different forms of yoga (Ashtanga, Bikram, Iyengar, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Sivananda). In 2008 she had a strong desire to immerse herself fully into the yogic way of life & travelled to India where she lived & practised yoga for two years. After returning to London she studied & trained for six years to become a teacher in Iyengar Yoga.
