My Skills -
200Hr YTT qualified Yoga Teacher, specialising in Hatha Yoga. I also teach Vinyasa Flow & Restorative Yoga.
My Interests -
I’m a big fan of hiking & exploring nature. I enjoy travelling & am always looking for the next adventure!
I enjoy bouldering & rock climbing, & have recently taken up kickboxing!
I love to read & always keen to learn new things.
My Backstory -
I trained in Contemporary Dance at University which is where I was first introduced to yoga
After dancing professionally for a few years, teaching Dance at various places in Kent - I sustained a knee injury resulting in some time out. It was through this that I returned to yoga & really began to connect with it as a practise. I found it so helpful for my rehabilitation & to help me build acceptance & kindness in my approach to movement. Having experienced how powerful a practise it can be I decided to do my teacher training to be able to share yoga with others.
What gets me up in the morning -
Mostly, my little black cat!
